Dear experts,
Unless the speakers are muted it makes annoying hiss.
As Boris suggested, I guess there is some kind of interference.
I thing, I should give it report to customer service.
I thank you all for your suggestions.

Dear experts, I'm having Compaq Presario B1015. It has P4 3.2 GHz and RealTalk audio
HW. There is a hissing noise always from speakers. If I increase the volume
(not playing any audio) the hissing noise is very audible and it is annoying. i would try to disable the audio-device in the BIOS. if the problem still occurs then it's not the Audio-Hardware but something that is interferencing with the speakers. You can also try to disable the IR port. No joke! Windows is scanning the IR port to see if other devices are in range... and i don't know exactly why, but this can cause some "hissing" noise too.
