Hi,
I am curious about the effective speed of the Jetdirect cards. When I print
a large print job to a printer connected to a 615/620N I never see the
network utilization on my PC go over 1-2% of the 100Mbit available. In my
head that means an actual speed of 1-2Mbit, and thus very far from the 4 to
6 megabyte per second these adapters should be able to handle. This is on
all the printers I have available (2200, 3700, 4100, 4200, 4600, 4650, 5500,
5550 and 9500).
