View Full Version : HP 5370C Scanner problem

I have a 5370c scanner which was operated while the lamp carriage was
locked.
Now all that happens when I try to operate it is that the carriage moves a
short distance and stops. The lamp then flashes continually which I believe
is simply to indicate a diagnostic problem.
Please, can anyone advise me how to fix the problem.
