here. other than to say, HP SUCKS DONKEY DICK.

I have Hewlett-Packard computers and copier/scanner/printers and have never
had one minute's problem with any of them and that's why I've never posted
anything to this newsgroup. So your melodramatic hysteria falls on deaf ears
with me. It sounds more like the disaster is between your ears and even the
most astute technician at technical support, whether s/he be at MIT in
Cambridge or somewhere in India learns from a person like you that one cannot
teach the unteachable as long as attitude acts as a barrier.
