reboots itself when booting from a boot CD

Hi
I have problem with HP laptop ze1250. I do not have batterie for it
and i try to start it from AC power adapter but all the time the
laptop turn off from self or reboots itself when booting from a boot
CD.
where can be a problem ??? i buy another laptop (same HP ) and ... it
is the same !!!!!

maby someone know solution for my problem
