IT Forums - Payroll &qb2002 update issues

I had to reinstall QB2002 over my exisitng copy when I replaced a bad hard
drive(not the one qb is on). Everything works fine, except that I cannot get
any of the updates to work. I also reinstalled Win98se and IE6(my C: drive
crashed, qb is on D:), so I am not sure if there is a security setting
messed up preventing the updates. I can go to Intuits websites while in the
program, so my connection is fine.

QB uses the same settings as your other internet services. If you have
some type of firewall software running this could
block access.
