OK, I have a 3835 that won't take a charge no matter what. I figure it has
to be the battery or software that governs battery charging. Batteries are
inexpensive enough to where I think it's worth it to replace it and see if
it will take a charge. But when I open up the iPaq according to the
instructions that came with the battery the connector doesn't want to come
off of the battery and I can't find any better instructions for changing the
battery. Which way is the connector supposed to come off? I think I've tried
every direction that it could come loose from. Any ideas?
