Im looking for a matrix (multiple-user) KVM switch recommendation in
the $500 (new or used) price range. I currently have a raritan
compuswitch which works well but I need to add multiple users (at
least 4). I have tried the Cybex XP4040 but there is a 2-4 second
delay when changing channels. According to Avocent's support this is
how their switch works, the video goes blank when changing channels
and it take a couple seconds for the video to come back. The raritan
compuswitch doesn't do this and its hard going from switching with no
delay to a delay of 2-4 seconds. I also am thinking of trying a
raritan mx4 but don't know if they're will be the same delay. Any
ideas?

Also, anybody using a KVM extender? Do you experience lag when
playing video or games over a KVM extender?

Thanks in advance...
