hi!
my notebook is defective, the only thing left is the display. is there any
possibility to connect the notebook's display with a standard vga-connector?

Short answer: no.
Long answer: Laptop displays take shortcuts. They use
a special interface that us cheaper that the VGA-digitizer approach
LCD monitors use for analog input.
