I searched high and low and finally found driver that work with XP.
these work absolutely perfect and I scan through Adobe Photoshop. I'm
sure any of your picture editing software will work as well:

This scanner was actually manufactured by Plustek. The Scanner drivers
that work are for the OptiPro 9630P (FBA4600BP)
