I am going to build a LINUX server and looking for perfect Mobo for
it.
My requirements are

Processor : P4 2.4 GHz without H/T, 800 FSB
RAM : 2GB, PC3200 400 MHz
RAID : Yes, SATA on board preferred
Video : Any VGA on board preferred
NIC : Any 100 or 1000 do not care on board or not
Audio : Do not care
USB : Do not care
FireWire : Do not care

In nutshell I am looking for basic MoBo without bells and whistles.
