My IBM NetVista 2292-13u has been failing to boot properly lately.

What happens is that it will get as far as the "IBM" logo, and get stuck
there. I've searched online, and updated the BIOS to version 20KT46AUS, as
IBM mentioned that the BIOS update can solve some "hanging boot" problems,
but this has not worked. The computer will get stuck most of the time, and
several attempts must be made to get it to boot. I now leave it running
constantly.

I ran "PC DOCTOR", and everything checks out OK. Is this a problem with the
MoBo, CPU , or Power supply?
