I have a pentium4 3.06 mobile cpu 533 bus 512k cache with a ASROCK
P4i45GV mainboard. I am only able to get the cpu to run at 1.6ghz. It
does not have speedstep tecgnology is there someway of getting it to
run at 3.0 ghz.

You're trying to run a mobile chip inside a desktop?
