I can't say which is the *most* reliable CDRW, but I'll recommend Lite-On
based on the completely trouble-free experience I've had with a 12x, a 24x,
two 40x's and two 52x's, all IDE. I put one of the 40x's in a USB case to
pass around at work, and it's been 100% reliable used that way on several
PC's with USB2 ports.
