View Full Version : Samsung SM-332B Combo Drive & InterActual DVD Player on Win2K

While installing InterActual Player to watch a DVD, the video is
choppy, and skips. In poking around with my ATI Radeon 7500 drivers,
documentation, etc, I think I've determined that the problem is
two-fold:
1) I evidently need new drivers for my card, for which ATI has decided
I must pay $10.00;
2) I need to enable DMA for the DVD portion of the combo drive.
Part 2 is where the problem is.
I've been through Device Manager and Trouble shooter, to no avail. The
Device Manager only sees the CD-RW part of the drive - the DVD is not
accessible. That means I can't get to the DMA settings.
Any thoughts on how I can fix this bugger?
Thanks!
