Who makes durabrand disc? Ive seen them at walmarts. I know Imation makes
spinx disc.

How do you "know" this?
Imation does not "make" ANY CDR's. The Imation-branded discs you see on
store shelves are made by CMC Magnetics in Taiwan, or Moser Baer in India.

If they're made in Japan, it's usually Hitachi Maxell Corp.
If they're made in Taiwan, it's usually the CMC Magnetics Lottery.
