Burn data to CD-RW

Hello,

I have been unable to backup my files onto a CD-RW or a floppy disc,
in Windows Explorer and have tried other programs such as Nero and
Roxio with no luck. I was able to do this but then upgraded my OS
from Windows ME to Windows XP home edition. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Have you disabled the builtin XP cdr backup program?
