Are there any issues/gotchas with booting from a USB2 CD/DVD
drive connected to the P4C800-E Deluxe or any recent system?

In general will most any USB2 CD/DVD drives be bootable or is what's in the
external
USB2 CD box/interface make a difference? What about the exact drive type
like one of the new low cost drives like a Sony DWU18A DVD±RW Drive and
external USB2 bootability?
