View Full Version : Securom v4 and CloneCD image

I understand that it is possible to back up a Securom-protected CD by
using CloneCD to create an image, patch the image with the BWA file
using Twinpeaks and then by burning the patched image onto a CD.
My question is: Is it possible to use the patched image itself,
without burning it?
After all the image can be 'mounted' onto the CloneCD drive. Such
'virtual CD' will have the obvious performance advantages over the
real CD.
Does anyone know ?
TIA, Bob.
