After Disk Scan I Lost my CD/DVD-ROMS

After running a full disc scan, I am unable to find my CD ROM. I see an
error code 31 and it says the device dosent exist. But I can open and
close my drives.. and I see the light...
Can anyone helpe me ASAP..

Delete Upper/Lower Filters:

If still don't show up, uninstall burn softwares and then reinstall.
