CD Drive "visible" but can not access

Hi,

For some reason my system will show my 2 drives (CDRW and DVD-RW) but it
will not always let me access the disc. When it does let me access the disc
it takes forever.

I have checked for a virus and the system is clean.

O/S: Win XP Pro

Problem Solved ....

I uninstalled Roxio Easy CD / DVD now the drives are OK.
