Error with crdwin 3.9h

I have this problem when write from image cue:
Error: "START DAO RECORDING" command failed on device 2:1:0. Disc type in
not supported.
My DVD-recorder is MSI DR4-A (DVD DUAL 4XMax) compatible with SANYO
CRD-BPDV2.
Help me please.

What type of DVD are you using? Perhaps try a different type, that is,
if you are using DVD-R, try DVD+R and vice versa?

BTW, does CDRWin recognize the MSI? According to this, the MSI is not
yet supported (even though the Sanyo is listed):
