Qualified dividends for ATF security

Does anyone know if the dividends for the closed end fund symbol ATF
are qualified. We have shares in this fund that the broker has
indicated are not qualified on our 1099. However, we have held the
shares for over six years and take the dividends in cash.

If anyone holds this fund could you either post the way they were
recorded on your 1099 or post where one can contact to determine the
qualification status of the dividends.
