Help with wrapping the texts around the image

I'm using illustrator 10 on a mac.

I put the image layer above the text layer and when I selected both
layer and trying to wrap the texts around the image, the option just
grey out!! I can't wrap the texts around the image, can anyone helpe
me?? Thanks a lot!!

They have to be on the same layer. Select the image, edit>cut, go to the text
layer, edit>paste in front.
Select both and then wrap the text.
