IT Forums - Simple Randomizer Program Needed!

Can anyone tell me where I can get a simple program that will allow
me, with a click of my mouse, to shuffle a list of 300 or so names, so
that they come up in a different order each time?
I have a "pool" of 30 players, with each player getting 10 names from
the database of 300, but it has to be shuffled so that the players
don't end up with the names they had before.
Does such a program exist?

Which language?

Eg, in APL it would be something like:

30 10 {reshape} 300 ? 300

I think. I'm still getting to grips with the lingo.
