Empirix troubles

Anybody else hearing about the troubles at Empirix?

Lay offs, closing down foriegn offices and now rumours of a few inside
sales reps being fired for forging PO's from Purchasing Managers.

Really good load test tool but I wonder how stable their company is?

I haven't heard anything, but our company purchased their Hammer and e-test
suite products.
