Hello all,
I installed Oracle Developer Suite 9.0.1.2.0 on Windows 2000 with NO errors.
I then started the OC4J instance.
Next I click on Forms Builder:
Start > Programs > Oracle 9i Developer Suite - Oracle9iDS > Forms Developer > Forms Builder
and get the error message:
FRM-18103: Failed to initialize the Development Environment
FRM-10039: Unable to start up the Form Builder
I successfully installed this (same CDs) on Windows XP.
Under windows XP this runs without any errors. I.e. I can start forms builder.
When I search for this error, they only thing I find is:
Cause: Forms could not start the Development Environment.
Action: Check your development environment.
Any ideas what's wrong?
Thanks in advance,
Omid

i believe there is a forms error log. I forgot where it is. check in there for details.
Logs are in folder:
C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory\logs
oraInstall2003-06-30_01-17-05PM.err - Size 0 (Empty)
I assume this means there were no errors?
oraInstall2003-06-30_01-17-05PM.out - Size 934 Bytes

I don't know how to read this. Is my problem this repeating "OiilNativeException"?
