big brother alike tool for oracle?

Hi, Is there any free/3rd party tool that allows a dba to check the database status through a web page like the "big brother" for unix? For example, for big brother for unix, it shows green light if server is up running, red light if trouble, purple if no report. Is there something like this to monitor oracle database? Thanks, Susan

I use the open source version of big brother - " big sister ", it will run
on just about any
OS, and of course is free.
