I downloaded disk 1, disk 2 and disk 3 to my harddrive from Oracle.

However when I click on "Setup" in Disk 1, nothing happens. Zero.

What should I do?

1) open a DOS (or command) window.
2) navigate to the location of disk1.
3) type in "SETUP".

It worked for me when all else failed!

ETA

Also, check the location of the files..The setup program expects them to be arranged the way it is on the CD..
