My solution works to the point......
So here u go........when every thing is GUI based in this world why
people go for the command line modifications....???
step1:Go to Oracle net8/similar stuff Easy config in something called
oracle for winnt created by forms ....installation
step2:give a new service name
Step3:give a protocol(TCP/IP)
give the global database name....
step 4:connect and enjoy.......all forms applications use this
service name.....
Got it ...
