Mask Property

Whenever i have a field with a mask defined, and try to fill it with
numbers, i move the mouse, and it automatically jumps to the middle of the
field, completely changing the number i keyed. If a guy is not paying
attention, and accidentaly moves the mouse, the number he inserts it all
wrong.......
Is there any way of preventing this, or is this a Oracle bug?

I seem to have this problem too.

If i have a data field with a numeric mask 9999,99 for instance, an
i'm typing in a number, the moment i move my mouse, the field assume
the mask.

So, if i type 1 2 (move mouse) 3 4, i get --> 12,34
