Hi,
I am working on a OWB project right now. My advisor asked me to find
way to load and map the data via a unix command line, instead of using
Oracle Work Flow due to so many bugs in the SW. But I have no clue on
this. Can any one shed light on this?

Thanks

Mei

Maybe a _little_ more information would be helpful.

Oracle version is generally rather important.
external tables, sqlldr, pro*c, perl, java, etc. etc. etc.

More info will likely lead to more help....

There are a number of ways to load data. If the incoming data is in a
'formatted' flat file the obvious choice is to use SQL*Loader or
External Tables. External Tables may not be available, depending on
your version.

SQL*Loader information is available in the Utilities manual from
http://docs.oracle.com
