Just came across an interesting upgrade bug. Had upgraded a few days ago from QW
2004 to 2005 and noticed today that my automatic downloads had stopped working.
Manually initiated ones were working fine though.

After a bit of looking around, I dicovered that the upgrade had disabled
(actually unchecked) all of my accounts in the Online / Schedule Updates window.
Going there and rechecking each account restored the auto download.

I have the same problem, but my accounts were not unchecked. Manual updates
work fine (BankOne permitting). The upgrade did force me to create a new
profile on quicken.com, though, so I'll try resending all the items and see
what happens at 5:00 AM tomorrow.

The solution can be found in another thread:

With lots of searching I found a loosly related topic that led me to the solution. Delete and rebuild the pin vault. Do this only if you know what all your pins are! Use Online->Pin Vault->Delete Then do a one-step-update and you will be walked through the process of rebuilding the pin vault. You MAY need to reboot so you can tell bagent.exe the password of your new pin vault. It was pretty painless for me and worked like a charm. Good luck. Mike P.
