I am sure this is a rookie question...I have setup my budget and want
to make sure only one specific bank account hits this budget with
'actual' costs (not all 5 of my accounts). For example gasoline costs
are paid from two bank accounts throughout the month but I want only
'actual' gasoline costs from one bank account to hit the family
budget. Thx.

The "budget" is a Quicken report, and like your other reports,
you can specify which accounts should appear in the report:
Customize > Accounts > (select/deselect accounts as needed).
You can also memorize the report once you have it customized to
your liking, and, if you expect to use it often, you can add
that memorized report as a button on your Quicken toolbar.
