The front control panel is locked but in the other company there's nobody who knows how to unlock it. We can't reach the printer through the network because it's ip address is not in our range. Does anyone know how to unlock the control panel? I've heard about a key combination at startup, but I don't know what this combination is. Thanx in advance.. Henk

Hello

There are no combination of keys in the printer that could unlock the
control panel. but try this:
Make a clear reset in the printer by pressing GO while you turn the
printer on
that will make that the jetdirect will reset to the factory settings.
With the WEBJETADMIN you can reach the printer and then unlock her.

Hope it helps

Great! Resetting the printer worked. Of course we'll have to re-adjust all
the settings, but that's ok.

Thanx for the tip!

Greetings
