My trusty Laserjet Series II printer has just about failed on me. The
silver coating has become damaged on the fuser roller and the machine no
longer fully ejects a printed sheet without a little manual help to pull
it out before a paper jam is reported. It has served me well, being
bought 10 years ago for £UK10 (yes £10) from my previous employer,
complete with brand new toner cartridge. I shall be sad to lose the old
girl, BUT . . .
I'm looking at buying a new Laserjet 1300 Series. Has anyone any
experience of this particular machine or similar ones.
