View Full Version : Driver for a 10/100 Ethernet Card

I have a HP Model 7850 us/can Pavilion box that came with Windows ME. I
upgraded the machine to XP Pro but somehow I lost the operating system. (I
had a previous occurrence of that problem but after a 1/2 hour off time it
came back ok; the second time it reported being unable to find an OS.)
I couldn't locate my XP software so I opted instead to install Win98se.
My current problem is that the Ethernet card, HP P/N: 5184-4725 (which came
with the box and worked ok under ME and XP) doesn't work with 98; 98 can't
find a driver and I'm having trouble locating anything on the HP site.
My question: Can anyone tell me where to go to get a driver that will work
with this card under Win98se?
Thanks in advance for any possible help.
