IT Forums - Console-Reset on HP-9000 G40

Hallo,

i have just start our HP-Server and as it start i have pressed the D-Key
with the result that the Console resets to default.

My problem is that i must change the language to German and i don´t know
how.

Can you please help me.

This is for a 700/96 console:
With the console disconnected from the system, turn the power off, then turn the
power on again.
When the screen displays the functions at the bottom of the screen,
press the "User System" key (immediately to the left of the <F5> key)
press <F8> ("Config Keys")
press <F5> ("Terminal Config")

This Brings you to the Terminal Configuration menu.
press tab to navigate between fields. press <F2> and <F3> to change the Values.
press <F1> when finished to save changes.
