Motherboard? software to ident it?

I would like to know what motherboard I have in my
HPa244W (Wal-Mart without the monitor) so
I can get the specs on it. Any help?
It has a Pentium 4, 2.4gig, with hyper threading.......

Thanks for the site. I had been there looking for any new drivers/patches,
and
had overlooked the specs on the board.

Another question. I replaced the onboard video with my own 64meg
SIS 315 card that doesn't share memory like the Intel board does.
I'm now wondering if I should have left things as they were, since the
board already had 512megs of memory on it. Would I have gotten better
performance from the on-board video?
