I have serious paper jam problems on my hp deksjet 5550. It seems like it is
always the first paper that jams (or just "close jam"). It is also always
the left side of the paper that folds bakcwards, an creates the jam. The
printer is cleaned of paper-pices, the papers are not stuck together, the
rubber wheels that pulls the paper are clean etc.

Anyone have a suggestion of what to try?

No jams on my 5550 at all, perhaps the paper you're using isn't suited for
some reason.
