View Full Version : HP4+ MP Tray jam

Hi all,

I have a 4+ which has started jamming whenever it tries to pull
paper from the MP tray. The printer goes through the motions of
picking up a sheet (which it doesn't) then immediately stops with
a 13? Paper Jam error. Does this sound like a pickup roller or
sensor problem, and if either, what part(s) would I need to replace?
