I have a new Compaq/HP Evo notebook running WinXP Pro on which I need to
access Expanded Memory for an old program. I have previously set up the same
program successfully on Dell and Fujitsu desktop pc's running WinXP Home,
but the same settings do not work on the portable.
I am familiar with the properties menus(.pif files), Config/Autoexec.nt
files, and have tried to use them to open access to Expanded Memory, without
success.
Can anyone suggest areas to check or possible solutions to the problem,
please.
Thank you
