I have a jornada 720 and a sharp gx10 im trying to surf the web.
I can get a connection to the web using a dial up isp but cant surf any web
pages, i just get this pop up message "A connection with the server could
not be established"
Anyone no how to get around this problem?

In Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/Connections Tab/Select:
Never Dial a Connection. Any other setting can terminate the current
connection.

I only have "use auto dial" and "use proxy server" both are not ticked.

Sorry, did not mentally register the Jornada. Perhaps one of the
comp.sys.palmtops.* groups can offer a solution.
