I recently installed an Hp photosmart 7260 USB printer on a local network
running
1 Win XP system and 1 98 SE
Although the printer works, it seems to take forever to start to print a
page. On
some occasions, it has taken an hour and a half just to spool the page
before it
starts printing it. Printing is then normal speed.
Have tried turning off spooling, but the option is not available.The network
is now (since this) running extremely slowly.Have tried submitting a tech
support request to HP, but their own website sends it to an invalid email
address - efficient or what?
Any suggestions much appreciatedBrian
