My machine has a Seagate ST3160022A 160G hard drive. Specs on the HP pages
say it's a 5400 RPM drive, but AIDA32 says it's 7200RPM. Which to believe?

Got to admit that even the Seagate site is a litte vague

Judging from the latency, 7200 RPM

Yep. Never heard of a drive maked leaving rotational speed out of its
specs. I would ahve said 7200, too, but since that is a buzzword and a sales
point, what is te point of leaving it out if so?
Here, on the HP site it says that this 160 MB drive is 5400 (but doesn't say
it's the seagate in question). http://tinyurl.com/toju
