Wonder if anyone has seen this? I have just installed an HP PSC 2510
Photosmart AIO device. I am using the wireless capability of the device.
After installing the software and rebooting, I get an error every time I
reboot and the error comes up perhaps 20 times initially and then every so
often it pops up again. The error box is labeled RTL and the message is
Unable to start driver for HPZinw12.exe.

I have talked to HP tech support on-line. We have tried reinstalling it with
my antivirus disabled. I have made sure that I am an admin on my PC and have
even logged in as the administrator. I am running XP Pro on a new Gateway
PC. I can print just fine. If I start the HP Director app, I can also scan
and fax. When I try to get a status from the HP Director, it says that the
PSC is disconnected which it obviously is not. The only thing that "fixes"
this is to remove the HP Digital Image Monitor app from the Startup. It
seems that when the director needs access to this app, that's when the
problems start. So, if I don't start it up and am careful not to access
anything from the Director that uses that, I am OK. However, I would like
to be able to get he full functionality of the software.

TIA for any help.

Jon
