Hi,
My 970cxi has developed an annoying "squeak" as the cartridges move along
the main rod inside the printer. It occurs at the same position on every
stroke but only in one direction. Not sure what to do - should I attempt to
clean the rod? There is no visible mark to suggest a build up of ink etc,
nor is there any sign of something jammed in the cartridge carriage..
