I have an HP Vectra VL400 that it has stopped booting after unplugging the
system and then plugging it back in. We did a normal shutdown when last
used and the system set there in the desk until we moved it to clean the
desk and put it back in.

What I get is a series of beeps that goes like this: 5,5,5,2. The first
three fives are very fast and grouped together and the last two are slower.
Cannot find anything on these beeps in the user manual or from HP website.
I searched Google and found nothing either. I did find that two beeps could
indicate the power supply was in "Protective Mode", but I cannot find
anymore on that either.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Roger
