View Full Version : Differentiate Multiple Copies with Printer Commands

I am trying to print copies of an invoice multiple times and each copy
has a function. One is sent to shipping and one is sent to the
customer and one becomes the packing slip. Since they are all white it
can become quite confusing. The application (great plains dynamics)
provides no method for printing multiple copies. We currently change
the number of copies to print in the print prompt. I am wondering if
there would be a way to send commands to print three copies by default
and add different text to the header of footer of the page. We use hp
4000 series printers.

I am reaching for solutions, so any suggestions welcome.
