Hiya,
just looking for ideas.
i'm not actually local to the machine at the moment. so cant run any tests.
system : Win2kPro. Cant remember if its attched to Parallel or USB. but has
worked previously - for at least a year since I put the comp its attached to
in.
All three lights are on and flashing. Cartridge/print head remains at side
of machine instead of moving to the centre as under normal operation.
according to HP's website 'Your machine may be in need of a service' but it
doesn't
tell me what actually might be the problem (helpful that.). Machine is OOW
so servicing via HP not really an option.
so any ideas on what is actually the problem is are much
appreciated.(head/sump/etc...)
